• The request must be submitted by the subscriber personally, through their personal account on the platform. The request must be sent by email to [email protected] and must include full and accurate information about the student and the course details.

• After three (3) days (72 hours) from registration, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• A full refund will be issued through reversal of the electronic payment transaction, provided the request is made within the first 72 hours of registration.
